The South Winnipeg-St. Norbert Ward has the largest population in the City of Winnipeg with 68,000 residents living in 15 unique residential communities. Our office consists of myself and an Operations Manager working to help you. Please know we experience a high volume of phone calls and E-Mails on a daily basis, and are doing our very best to respond to you in a timely manner. Your patience is appreciated!

Find services specific to your address:

For an overview of civic services for your specific address (i.e. your snow zone; recycling, garbage & yard waste collection day; insect management area; police district; assessment value and more), click Citizens Information Service and enter your address.

My personal priority is to work towards improving overall communication with City Hall, Councillors and residents.  I was always challenged by the City’s inability to communicate with residents prior to becoming elected – and now am working to improve this!  I know the City can do much better.
