Transportation Improvements in South Winnipeg : Ward Priorities

Transportation

Improving our roads, active transportation facilities and transit is a top priority during my time at City Hall. Effective efficient and sustainable transportation is critical to the health, well-being and prosperity of our City. This page will focus on the many initiatives in which I will be involved to improve ALL forms of transportation in South Winnipeg–St. Norbert Ward. Because there are so many initiatives underway, this page will be dedicated to roads and active transportation.  Transit information will be on a separate page.

For a “bigger picture” understanding of transportation in Winnipeg, I encourage you to read the City of Winnipeg Transportation Master Plan, a guiding document for the development of Winnipeg’s transportation network.
