Housing in Bison Run

More housing is coming to Bison Run. This new development by Qualico’ s Street Side is to develop six ground-oriented 2-storey, 22-unit multi-family residential buildings.

• Two buildings are  three unit townhouses and four of the buildings are are four-unit townhouses.

The site plan allows a 12- foot front yard, and a 39.9-foot rear yard.

There are 41 parking stalls proposed, including 22 spaces enclosed within detached garages and 19 surface parking spaces.  Similar units are selling fast, due to location and affordability.
