New Condos at 1555 Lee Blvd in Bison Run

A beautiful new condo block has been approved on the corner of Lee Blvd and Frontier Road. This condo bloc will consist of two six storey buildings and one three storey building – all connected. This will bring a total of 131 new condo units to the neighbourhood!

Ten units will be on ground floor, facing Lee Blvd and Frontier Trail and will have direct pedestrian entrances from the public sidewalk, similar to a townhouse development.  The condos block will have 174 parking stalls of which 102 will be underground stalls and 72 will be surface stalls. This provides a parking ratio of 1.33 parking stalls per dwelling unit. A total of 26 bicycle parking stalls will also be included!
