City Business Continues

New dates for City Council and Committee meetings were approved at the Executive Policy Committee (EPC) on April 28^th . This report moves on for final approval by Council, at the May 6^th Council meeting.  It is anticipated there will be no changes to the dates approved by EPC today.

Highlights:

Public Hearings:

• Public hearings will start up again in the first week of June. The hearings will be at 10:30 am, following the respective Community Committee meeting

Board of Adjustments:

• That temporary authority be delegated to the Director of Planning, Property & Development to approve all ’C’ conditional use and ‘C’ variance development applications effective immediately until the earlier of August 31, 2020, inclusive, or of the date on which the Board of Adjustment are scheduled to resume meetings.
