Waverley West is the fastest-growing residential neighbourhood in the City of Winnipeg. So many developments are happening in the ward. Here is a summary about some of the completed or ongoing projects:

      • Parking for 208 vehicles and 144 bike parking spots.

  • New Fire Station (funding approved)
    • ensures 99 percent of commercial and industrial properties would be within five kilometers driving distance of a proposed station location, and 99 percent of one or two family detached residential and multi-family residential properties within eight kilometers.
