Touring Winkler Recreation Centre

Thank you, Jon Reyes MLA for Waverley, for organizing tour of Meridian Exhibition complex in Winkler, Mb with South Winnipeg Community Centre Paramjit Shahi & Winkler Mayor Siemens & municipal team!  As Winnipeg embarks on building a new recreation campus, it’s great to see local solutions to recreation. The 23,000 sq. ft. Meridian Exhibition Centre received federal funding of almost $8 M to expand to have an additional 10,000 square feet of space, including an arena that converts to banquet facility.
