Another new multi family complex for Bison Run!

In March 2023 the developer was approved to construct six (6) separate townhouse buildings which will include a total of 36 dwelling units. Each of the proposed buildings will be three (3) storeys and have a maximum height of 32.3 feet to the midpoint of the peaked rooflines. Each of the proposed 36 townhouse units will be facing directly onto Frontier Trail, with rear access from a public lane.  Vehicular access is from the rear public lane, which is to the rear of the subject property and intersects with Yasmin Ali Crescent

The townhouses will be accessed from a public sidewalk on Frontier Drive and a sidewalk along a public reserve which is adjacent to the north side of the property. There will be a total of 68 accessory parking stalls. This exceeds the number of parking stalls required under the Winnipeg Zoning By-law, which is 54.  The proposed 68 stalls includes 38 that will be located in rear attached garages, and 30 stalls that will be in rear parking pads.
