Commercial Zoning in Bison Run

Assiniboine Community Committee approved the subdivision and rezoning of approximately 8 acres to create four (4) lots and rezone the land to the “C2” Commercial Community District, and to leave one (1) lot under the “A” Agricultural District.

This commercial development is in accordance with the Waverley West Neighbourhood ‘B’ Secondary Plan

The developer (Southeast Lands Corporation) is subdividing the existing lots on the site and each lot will range in size from 1.4 to 1.44 acres, with lot widths of approximately 164 feet each. These lots will be oriented toward Frontier Drive. At this point no site plans or building elevation drawings have been submitted with this application. Located directly across from the high school, this is an ideal location for restaurants, child care facilities and more amenities for the area.
