Town Houses on Joe Keeper Way

On June 21, 2024, Assiniboine Committee approved plans for twenty four townhomes / condos to be constructed at 40 Joe Keeper way. The design of the condo units is similar to the units being constructed on Frontier Trail.  These condos will also be three storeys in height. Twelve units will face  directly onto Joe Keeper Way, and twelve units facing onto the rear parking area and public lane.
