South Town Road Multi Family Development Approved

The development on the corner of South Town Road/Bridge Lake Drive and Kenaston Blvd was approved in winter 2025. See South Town Road Development.  This land was zoned Residential Multi-Family – Medium in 2006. Residents did appeal the development and as a result, additional trees will be planted by the developer, between the apartments and single family homes.

The developer will be constructing a multi-family development that will have eight (8) separate residential buildings. This includes:

• Building 1 – 12 units;
• Building 2 – 12 units;
• Building 3 – nine (9) units;
• Building 4 – nine (9) units;
• Building 5 – nine (9) units;
• Building 6 – 18 units;
• Building 7 – 18 units; and
• Building 8 – 105 units.

Noting the height of the following buildings:

• Buildings 1-7 will each be three (3) storeys in height, with heights of 35.5 feet to the midpoint of peaked rooflines.

• Building 8 will be six (6) storeys in height, with a height of 71 feet to the midpoint of the peaked roofline.

A total of 193 accessory parking stalls are proposed, including 53 indoor stalls located in Building 8.
