Welcome to the neighbourhood of South Pointe! This page provides updates on issues I am working on, and information South Pointe residents may be interested in. Much gratitude to the VOLUNTEERS of the South Pointe Residents’ Group for all the advocacy, events and activities they do to improve the quality of life for residents! In new developments, the developer is responsible for maintenance for a period of years following final construction of ie: parks, fountains, playstructures, mowing of boulevards, etc. At various points over the years, the City takes on maintenance of different areas. It can be complicated understanding who is responsible. Please see South Pointe Maintenance Map that identifies who is responsible for maintenance of certain items.
