Open House – Creating Connections at Bison Dr & Waverley

Hosted by Councillor Janice Lukes, City of Winnipeg & WSP Consulting

 You are invited to a drop-in open house to view the proposed design connecting Bison Drive & through the Waverley intersection. The proposed design will also show bike paths & sidewalks which are part of the project.

• This is a critical east – west link for motor vehicles, transit, cyclists & pedestrians – connecting neighbourhoods to Pembina Hwy & the University of Manitoba.
• Pathways will also be incorporated to complete a north – south link from neighbourhoods to Abinojii Mikanah.

Connecting Bison Drive and Waverley St. will have a positive impact on transportation flow for the Waverley West ward. Please join us to learn more. Funding was secured to develop a Class 3 estimate. Multiple partners will be funding the project when final costs are determined.
