2320 McGillivray Blvd

Paragon Designs is approved to construct a 7 storey apartment building with 246 units at 2320 McGillivray Blvd with a breakdown of approximately:

  • 60% 1-bedrooms,
  • 30% 2-bedrooms, and
  • 10% 3-bedrooms

Three townhouse units will be constructed with a total of 48 units. The townhouses will be located at the back of the apartment and will have a building height of 35 feet.

A total of 294 units are being built on this three acre site, and 25 % of the units will be affordable, as identified under the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation – MLI select program. The building is also planned to be 25% more energy-efficient than the 2017 National Energy Code for Buildings.  A total of 382 parking stalls will be constructed with 213 stalls on the surface, 85 stalls are to be underground and 84 stalls located within the main floor of the building. There will be 8 accessible and 3 van accessible stalls. In addition, 38 visitor parking stalls will be provided and 44 indoor bicycle stalls will be provided.
