Study Columbia Drive Speeding

Residents have reported increased traffic flows and speeding on Columbia Drive between McGillivray Boulevard and Scurfield Boulevard. Many believe the increase in traffic is a result of vehicles using Columbia Drive as a short cut through the neighbourhood of Whyte Ridge when exiting the Costco on McGillivray Boulevard. I’ve requested public works study and report back on speeding and traffic volumes along Columbia Drive and recommend if traffic calming devices are warranted.
